This the some of the best tasting and perhaps, the best bacon value in the world. The meat is quite flavorful. Attractive in appearance when cooked. And, while there was a number of fatty, inedible pieces, there’s just about same amount of great tasting meat pieces. Like the label says it’s “ends and pieces” so it’s not uniformly sliced.
